TREATMENT SOLUTIONS

HIP / THIGH PAIN

The hip is one of the most mobile joints in the body. It is responsible for weight bearing activity and is used a lot during walking, running, jumping and various other lower body activities.

Injury to the hip joint can result in significant pain deep in the hip, the surrounding musculature and can radiate down the leg. Hip injuries can occur with abnormal stress such as trauma from sports, from excessive sitting or overuse.

Chiropractors can treat hip conditions effectively using gentle mobilisation, adjustments, muscle release techniques, musculoskeletal acupuncture and rehabilitation.
