TREATMENT SOLUTIONS

ELBOW PAIN

The elbow is a largely underestimated joint. It is relied on heavily during upper body activities. It involves flexion and extension but also rotation of the forearm side to side. The elbow can be injured from traumatic injuries but very commonly due to overuse from typing, hand writing or any other repetitive movements a worker may experience throughout the day.

The elbow is also commonly injured from a singular overuse injury or a repetitive overuse injury in particular with golf and tennis hence the terms “golfers elbow” or “tennis elbow”.

After a thorough assessment of the elbow, hand, wrist, shoulder and neck we can ascertain where your problem starts and finishes and then combine appropriate treatment to rehabilitate you to good health.
